Construction is not strictly linear, clients and designers’ have aspirations they wish to achieve, and as project managers we aim to assist in the implementation of deliverables to achieve the project’s desired outcomes. Consulting
Are their certain issues you feel you require expertise on such as planning, design, and/or the building phase, but you don’t require a project manager to be appointed to deliver your project? We welcome any invitation to contribute to anything requiring navigation before, during or after the build. Our extensive experience in all facets of the building process and strong understanding of building guidelines and regulations could assist you in a consulting engagement.
